Skills and tools to assist with disregulation both pro-actively and when in crisis Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Recognize behavioral patterns and responses to stimuli.
- Identify strategies for working with habitual responses.
- Practice skills to attend to difficult emotions.
- Apply at least one skill to shift habitual responses.
