COL 101 - Bridge Program Number of Credits: 0 Bridge Program is a week-long workshop designed to provide supplemental instruction and review in reading, writing and math for those students who score close to, but under, the cut-off for credit level courses. The workshop will prepare students to re-take the placement tests for reading, writing and math while allowing them to get acquainted with college resources, staff and students. To participate in the workshop, students will need to make an appointment with the Testing Center to take diagnostic tests in reading, writing and math. The results of the diagnostic tests will be used to create an individualized learning path for each student. At the end of the workshop, students will re-take the placement tests and may test out of one or more of their developmental courses. The cost of the materials and re-take of the placement test are included in the fee for the workshop. Zero credits. One-half billable hour.
