MGMT 201 - Principles of Management Number of Credits: 3 Explore basic theories of management. Describe the internal and external environment for a business. Determine issues of ethics, planning, goal setting, and effective decision-making processes. Explain organizational structure, motivation and group dynamics, and efficient control mechanisms used by organizations. CLEP (Principles of Management) accepted.
