PHED 111 - Meditative Tai Chi

Explore Tai Chi in a practical, skills-based manner that applies the movements and principles as part of a wellness lifestyle. Develop a personal style Tai Chi routine. (Fall & Spring Only) Two hours laboratory each week. One Credit. One billable hour.

Pre-requisite(s): eligible for ENG 001  or higher.

Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Participate in Tai Chi movements and routines in class.
