PHED 122 - Core Strength Training

Develop core strength through practical, in-class exercises to improve your posture and fitness. Create a personal core strength exercise routine. Demonstrate proper form and techniques. (Fall & Spring Only) Two hours laboratory each week. One Credit. One billable hour.

Pre-requisite(s): eligible for ENG 001  or higher.

Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1. Explain the benefits of core strength.

2. Measure core fitness.

3. Practice core strength exercises in class.

5. Develop a personal core strength exercise routine.
