DFAB 206 - SOLIDWORKS Essentials Number of Credits: 3 Maximize the use of assembly modeling capabilities of SOLIDWORKS mechanical design automation software. Produce standalone sheet metal parts; convert conventional parts to sheet metal using various sheet metal features. This course will prepare students to take the Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional Advanced Sheet Metal (CSWPA-SM) exam. (Fall)Three hours lecture each week. Three Credits. Three billable hours.
Pre-requisite(s): DFAB 105 with a minimum grade of C or better. Can be taken concurrently with DFAB 270 with permission of Program Director.
Course Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
