Pre-requisite(s): Score of 250 or higher on Accuplacer Next Gen English placement test or high school GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Course Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Define personal values and goals in relation to college.

Identify college resources helpful in achieving goals.

Develop habits of mind and well-being that promote goal setting and achievement.

Apply literacy skills to deepen understanding of texts in varying modes.
