Conduct a literature review and propose a comprehensive hands-on lab project in one or more disciplinary areas within STEM. This is the first course in a two-semester sequence. (Fall) One credit. One billable hour.

Course Outcomes: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Conduct literature reviews.

Create a research project proposal and timeline.

Present research proposal formally and incorporate feedback into revision of proposal.
