PTA 121 - Neuroanatomy & Neurophysiology

Neuroanatomy and Neurophysiology provide an overview of the normal anatomy and physiological function of the human nervous system. Discussion of pathological conditions as well as trauma to the neurological system and resultant rehabilitation considerations are included. Additionally, the development and implementation of appropriate clinical treatment programs for the neurologically involved patient are included in the coursework. Corequisite: concurrent enrollment in PTA-101. Three hours lecture each week. Three credits. Three billable hours. Additional $75 fee required. Three Hours Lecture. Three Credits.
