Pre-requisite(s): SUAS 103 with a minimum grade of C or better. Course Topics: How UAS technology is applied for commercial, scientific, and governmental purposes.

Professionalism and ethics. Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Describe ethics and privacy considerations in the operation of unmanned aircraft. (PG1)
- Interpret aviation rules and regulations as they pertain to unmanned aircraft. (PG1, PG3)
- Generalize the principles of small unmanned aircraft systems aerodynamics and performance. (PG1)
- Produce an applicable flight plan for flying in the National Airspace System. (PG1, PG3)
- Produce appropriate communication phraseology with air traffic control and conflict aircraft. (PG1, PG3)
- Recognize attitudes and behaviors appropriate to effective commercial aviation. (PG1)
- Accrue a minimum of 15 hours documented flight time towards the required minimum 50 hours documented flight time. (PG2)
