The Practical Nursing program is approved by the Maryland Board of Nursing.
A minimum grade of C is required in all courses in the nursing program. Science courses must be completed within 5 years of entering the clinical courses.
Students are eligible for the summer program after completion of the first two terms of the Associate Degree Program.

We encourage all students, especially out-of-state students, to contact the appropriate state (or District of Columbia or U.S. territory) licensing board or agency where you intend to work to familiarize yourself with the state educational, licensing, and/or certification requirements.
